Complaints Procedure
1) If a member wishes they can report any post made on the lure forum via the report post option at the bottom of each post. This will go to the assigned member of the Moderating Team for that section/area. Please include a clear reason for the report to allow proper investigation by the member of staff. Abuse of this system should be avoided.
2) If a member has a complaint against another member, the member should immediately contact an online member of the Moderating Team via pm. Complaints made public on the forum will be removed. Failure to do so in the correct manner may result in you receiving a warning. 3) Any complaints against a post by a member of the Moderating Team should be made immediately to a member of the Admin Team.
